Bulk Editor

Open source EmDash

Filter entries in a grid, select the ones you want, and apply one change to all of them: set a field, find and replace text, publish, or unpublish.

Version 1.0.0

About this project

Bulk Editor is for the changes that are tedious one entry at a time. Narrow a collection down with filters, pick the entries, review the change, and apply it once. The latest change set can be undone.

Free features

  • Inline grid with filters and sorting
  • Set a field on up to 100 entries
  • Plain find and replace
  • Publish and unpublish in bulk
  • Review before apply, with conflict checks
  • Undo the latest change set

Install on EmDash

  1. In your EmDash admin, open Registry.
  2. Search for pinnacle-bulk-editor and open its page.
  3. Review the permissions it asks for, then select Install and confirm.

Install from npm

Package: @pinnacleplugins/emdash-bulk-editor

  1. Run npm install @pinnacleplugins/emdash-bulk-editor in your site's project.
  2. For native mode, add the plugin to plugins: [...] in astro.config.mjs. It then runs in your site's own process, so use native mode only on hosts you trust with in-process code.
  3. To keep it in the sandbox instead, add it to sandboxed: [...] and set a sandbox runner, as the plugin's README describes.

Install from the EmDash registry, or add the npm package to your site. Registry installs run in the EmDash plugin sandbox, which needs the @emdash-cms/sandbox-workerd runner on Node, or the Workers Paid plan with a Worker Loader binding named LOADER on Cloudflare. On Node, the npm package can also run in your site's own process.
