Documentation

Everything you need to get JetEngine Importer running, from prerequisites to advanced field types.

Docs for the free JetEngine importer add-on, one of the open-source tools from Pinnacle Plugins.

Quick start

Get the free plugin from WordPress.org and start importing JetEngine fields into WP All Import.

  1. Install the prerequisites. You need WP All Import (free or Pro) and Crocoblock JetEngine on WordPress 5.0 or higher.
  2. Install the free base plugin. Download JetEngine Importer from WordPress.org and activate it.
  3. Configure your JetEngine fields. Set up your JetEngine meta boxes and custom content types in WordPress so the importer can map them.
  4. Start importing. JetEngine fields appear automatically in the WP All Import field-mapping screen.

Troubleshooting

Fields not appearing in WP All Import

Make sure the free JetEngine Importer from WordPress.org is installed and activated. If you purchased Pro, ensure the Pro add-on is also activated. Check that your JetEngine meta boxes are properly configured.

Import fails with memory errors

Increase your PHP memory limit or reduce the number of records processed per iteration in WP All Import settings.

Repeater fields not importing correctly

Ensure your CSV data is properly formatted with pipe (|) separators for repeater field values. Check our documentation for examples.
